The People Behind Happy
Happy on Main is a women’s boutique and community space with two shops in Concord, MA. We’re a small team that loves fashion, people, and making every visit feel personal, from the sales floor to the stockroom. As we grow, we’re looking for a few more good people to grow with us.
Who We're Looking For
People who care about the details and take pride in doing things well, whether that’s helping a customer find the perfect outfit or making sure a shipment lands on the shelf just right. You’re reliable, warm, and happy to take ownership. You like being part of a small team where everyone pitches in, and you notice what needs attention and act on it.

Open Roles
All roles require applicants to be 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent. Our stores are open weekends and our events often run into the evening, so some evening and weekend availability is required for most positions.
